caribe royale 2-bedroom villa rentals

Does anyone know how to rent a 2-bedroom villa at Caribe Royale. Are these timeshares? The price directly through them was way out of my budget at around $299 per night. I know the Vistana and others I've seen on vacation-time-share for $700 and up for the week. Has anyone found Caribe Royale rentals directly through the owners??? Thanks for any info.

We did a two bedroom rental directly through caribe royale...they were excellent. They are huge. I checked out the website first, and then called them directly. I don't remember the cost..I do know we considered it a great deal.
