Caribbean Beach vs Coronado Springs

Hi all

My DH and I are traveling to WDW for Spring Break 4/1-4/6 of 2018. We are going to take advantage of the current room discount and are looking at Moderate resorts. Caribbean Beach and Coronado look to be best in our price range, but I know there is currently construction. Could anyone provide details for me on the construction they noticed or which may be better to stay at? Or would a stay at a Value resort beat both at this time?

The construction at CSR is much less intrusive than that going on at CBR. I would suggest CSR for a couples trip also, it is a much more relaxing and quiet resort than CBR is. You could check the threads for each resort and learn more about the construction and what is affected. I am not sure of the timeline of when things will be completed.

Drove by CBR on LBV Drive and Victory Drive last week a few times .......... even knowing exactly what they are are doing and what to expect, I was shocked at the size and impact to the resort from the two large construction sites. I would only stay there at this point if the rate were under $100 and I only wanted a bed at night.

I stayed at POP this year your dates, and we had no issues but we never ate at the resort. Buses were fine.
