Caribbean Beach or Coronado Springs for Honeymoon Nov 19

My fiancee and are are about ready to book our honeymoon but can't decide between Caribbean Beach or Coronado Springs? The cost is exactly the same for the dates we are looking for. I think most of the refurb work should be completed by November 2019 right?

Any pros and cons for either would be very welcome!

(As well as prayers that Star Wars land will be open by then!)
