after 2 days we had a problem with one of keys to room for ddp,when to front desk,they isued new keys for everyone.Next day when getting QS noteiced that our saved QS wernt there.Whent front desk and they had done a new reservation saying we had checked in that day.all our unused QS and snacks had been lost.They eventualy put them back but be warned keep all records of your use of meals,incase it hapens to you

was no problem with TS as we were using up our daily alowance each day

We had this problem last year too... for us it actually worked out in our advantage because the manager at Tusker House gave us our 3 breakfasts for free and didn't deduct the credits later or anything. We got it fixed that day before we went anywhere else, but it would've been really awful to have been denied our meals or something.
