Care Hire/Water Parks/Daytona Beach/Disney Dining - so many questions!

Hi again, making slow progress on our plans for first trip to Orlando in October. We will be staying in a villa and having two daughters aged 13 and 16 which car do you think we should go for? Intermediate or full size and where should we rent from?

Also, which water parks would suit us best do you think?

And which if any ADR's should we go for and how much do they cost?

And finally, my husband is a bike fan so we want to visit Daytona Beach when the Bike Fest is on any advice you can give?

I would go for full size as the boot (trunk) is more suited to a family with a decent amount of luggage.
We get our Dollar car rental through our fly-drive Virgin holiday.

I am not an expert on ADRs (our son isn't keen on restaurants) but the character breakfasts such as Chef Mickey's , Cape May, Crystal Palace and many others are very popular.

Disney's main water parks are Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, both very popular, some prefer one over the other.
Personally looking forward to the opening of Aquatica which is Sea World's upcoming new water park as we think Josh may like it - he isn't that keen on the disney one's (would rather play in the pool at a villa!).

Daytona - haven't been for years, to be honest we were not all that keen and prefer the west coast beaches.

We always use here for car hire. Full size is usually only a few pounds more than intermediate especially if you add Platinum cover as that usually costs more on smaller cars for some crazy reason.
If you do use airnet/Dollar then register on Dollars website for Dollar express, even if there is a 1 hour line at the desks you go right to the front.

your daughters are the perfect age for water parks assuming they enjoy water and waterslides.
if so, i would recommend both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, as they're very different and offer different water attractions.

Be aware, that if you go in peak season, both parks fill up by noon and sometimes even by 10 am.
Meaning, no additional guests are permitted in.
They open again for additional guests by mid-afternoon (right in time for the afternoon thunderstorm, when you can't swim anyway).

In other words, you have to get there before rope drop.

ADR's dont have a clue, never done them before gonna have a try for our next holiday

The disney waterparks are good, but the waterslides at Wet n Wild are more aimed at Teenagers. Definately (if you can) Do wet n wild, not to be missed IMO
