Cards Expire September 2007

I've done a search so I know this topic has been discussed before, but to what resolution? I just picked up a bunch of the Pirate Pins at WDW last week, and all the cards have an expiration date of September 2007 on them. Does this actually mean anything or is that when they will stop selling the pins with the cards? I've seen the other threads where the codes from cards with a sept 06 expiration dates are still good.
Anyone have any other details? Thanks. Ned

I think the general consensus has been that the expiration dates on the
prize cards mean absolutely nothing. Nobody can tell what the relevancy is
of those dates, since as you said, the older 2006 expiration didn't mean
anything, either.

I'd think the codes will still be good long after September, 2007.

I received some frontierland quest cards that expired in Sept '06, will I still be able to redeem them in VMK .. has anybody tried? Or am I out of luck?
