I need to lose about 50 pounds, but I am so addicted to carbs. I feel that if I could cut back my carb intake, it would help me lose weight. I like starchy carbs, like potatoes, rice, bread, pasta, etc. I am not much of a sweets eater. I could take them or leave them, however I have never met a potato I didn't like!
I am a good water drinker...can easily drink 64 oz a day, but I truly crave carbs.
Does anyone have any advice on how they reduce their carb intake? What do you eat to help curb the cravings? Anything low carb that would satisfy me? I may have to go cold turkey! Any advice would be appreciated.
