Have any of you ever used them? How does it work? Is there any other benefit other than convenience. My husband and I have somewhat flexible schedules so that would not be a factor for us. We have access to Sam's club, AAA, and Mellaluca. Thanks!

Good Question. I am in your area- well more Central MD and we are in the market too. I think we can get this service through Sam's, Costco, or USAA. Last time we used Toyota Carmax simply for convenience. I'd like to hold off and do a little shopping around this time.
