car service from Windsor to Detroit Metro?

Has anyone used a car service/taxi to get from Windsor to Metro Airport? If so, who did you use and what's the cost? Thanks for any info.

I just got a quote for limo service to/from Windsor/DTW and the quote was $125 each way plus tip.

Was it a definite quote? I'm just wondering because the places I looked into all said that the fee was subject to airport fees,etc. ( I'm not even sure what they're talking about there). I just don't want to get there and they charge an extra $50 KWIM?
