Car rentals in October ..found some deals!!

I know myself along with some others have been looking for decent prices for car rentals for October, I found this website. I reserved a Kia Rio for 1 week, taxes and everything ...$117.90 , the bigger cars are a little more more but still pretty cheap. I've been checking rates pretty regularly thru AAA. Just secured the best rate I've found "so far" using Thrifty, 10 days in Sept, compact car. Weekly= $79...Grand total (cuz this is where it jumps) $148.00. I don't know if I'll find better, but I'll keep trying.

hehe Guess I should read all the post before I post! I posted about the "better" deal I found at Thrifty for an SUV...basically it's the same thing you posted here.

We used them a year and a half ago and had a good experience. The shuttle was outside waiting and left shortly after I got on, made one more stop and then to the lot. It was 10 - 15 minutes from the time I boarded to the counter. They are less than 4 miles from the airport.

I think you may still have time to join their Blue Chip program...with it you have an express line at the counter and your paperwork is waiting for you...I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Also, when we used them, DW and DS ( 1 yr at the time) waited at the airport for me to return with the car. They had a chance to have a quick snack and I didn't have to carry any luggage with me to the rental counter.

I would definitely use them again if they were the cheapest.
