Car Rental ????

We are planning our next land/sea vacation and plan on using Disney transportation around the parks, but want to rent a car for a trip to Kennedy Space Center. Where is the closest (and most reasonable) place to rent a car for a single day. We'd like to rent the car while we're in WDW and not go back to the airport. Do any agencies have locations at the resorts? Or are there any nearby that offer shuttle service to the resorts?

You might want to post this over on the Transportation Board. You would probably get the answers you're looking for. My DH is more familiar with this than I am, but I believe there is a National Car Rental at the WDW car care center.
