Car Rental-Tampa Airport, any coupons??

we are trying to rent a mini van from Tampa Airport and are having no luck renting for under $500 for 10 days...does anyone have any discount codes? thanks

I always have good luck going through Costco travel. Also, check prices frequently. I have a rental reserved soon that I'm picking up in Orlando and returning to Tampa and it's went up about $60 today. Meanwhile, MCO-MCO went down $100 today. Prices change all the time.

Tampa for some reason has mostly been high for car rentals...What we did once was rent a car for a day from Tampa returned it the same day at Orlando Airport and rented the car for the reaming time from Orlando Airport. Not the best use of time but the rates were far cheaper... I did get a good rate out of Tampa once for a week but when I retuned the car the online week discount coupon was not applied... I had to go to the rental office and they took care of it but you will need to wait and it was done as a charge and refund. Advice print any coupons that you used and make sure you qualify for them as there are Visa signature, Visa, Amex, AAA, Warehouse club, etc. only coupons.

The Budget code x474200 (Travelocity) still works out of TPA. Stack it with a coupon (like MUGZ012 for BJs members).
Also, the controversial Vegas Brazil Code at Alamo (7016427) can be stacked with a $50 off coupon (AD4004JDK, not sure of its origin), more info here:

Thanks for the $50 coupon code! I just booked a minivan for October and December for $176! I've used the Vegas Brazil code 3 or 4 times over the last year without issue.
