car rental strategy?

just curious what you off property/ car rental folks do when visiting the parks...
do you park at one park and then use disney transportation to get to the next park (when hopping) or do you typically drive from one park to the next?

Depends on park. If we know we are ending at EPCOT from MK in am we actually park at EPCOT. We always drive away from AK and MGM. The others are monorail accessible.

If we hop we take our car. Only reason is that at closing time we're too tired to trek back to the 1st park to get our car. Everywhere is packed at that time. If you leave before closing time it's not so bad.
