Car Rental Question

We are planning on driving to Yosemite after our DL visit this winter. I know someone posted on this board before about renting a car that is "winterized". I believe that means it comes with snow tires and chains, and whatever else you'd need for driving in that type of weather. When I called Budget and Hertz, they told me that they don't allow chains on their cars because it damages them. Does anyone know of any car rental place that rents cars this way? TIA!
