Car rental Port of Miami to WDW

I want to rent a car to get from our cruise that arrives at the Port of Miami to WDW.
So far I figured out that if I want to drop the car at the Swan/Dolphin or the Car Care Center I have to chose between Alamo and National.

I think the best thing to do would be a drop of at the Swan/Dolphin, because we stay at the Beach Club Resort.

Does anybody know what company has a drop of at the port of Miami?

Will there be a problem because i'll only use the Magic Express to get back to the Orlando airport, and won't need it to get to the hotel?

Bottom to top: no problem using Magical Express just one way.

If by 'drop off at Port of Miami' you mean 'location' - no; but you can test Alamo's website for specific locations (so IIRC National's as well) or call specific locations in Miami to see if they offer pickup. Worst case, one person takes a cab to the nearest rental office, then drives back and picks up your party and luggage.

Dolphin is a good drop point because even if the counter is closed, you can leave the car with Valet Services.

I just emailed Alamo and National about the best location to drop off the car, and then get to the Port of Miami. I haven't gotten an answer so far.

You might want to pick up at Miami airport- I just did a quick look at a rental from the downtown location (near the port) and it was significantly cheaper to use the airport- there may indeed be a shuttle if you're coming in on a cruise (or bus to the airport).
