Car Rental in the Orlando area

We are mauling over the idea of renting a car once we get to Florida as opposed to towing our car 1010 miles. Does anyone have any experience with a good rental agency in the Orlando area? I tried a web search for agency’s but was floored buy the weekly cost of a rental . There has to be a better choice.

We always rent from National or Alamo because we can pick up/drop off at the car care center and there's a shuttle that goes to the Fort. It's not inexpensive, although depending on the time of year you can sometimes get deals for a weekly rental. There are also some discount codes on mousesavers.com. We go for convenience over cost on this - we don't want to be maneuvering a 45 foot motorhome through Orlando to get to the least expensive car rental agency.

I always have used hertz at the shades of green resort.
They will bring it to you and, give you a ride back when you drop it off.
It was around $500.00 for ten days in november 08.
