Use Autoslash.com Put in your info and they will give you rates for Sixt only. Then click the link where it says that they will email you more offers or something like that. They will keep searching using various discounts etc and email you updated results. They slashed my Vegas car rental from $114 to $62

I have rented from Fox and would not recommend them. They have older cars with high mileage and where I rented (LAS), the lines were very, very long. You can find many reviews online for all the car rental agencies.

I have never found any good car rental discounts through Costco. I can tell you we rented a minivan sized car last summer (ended up with a Kia Sorrento which was great) at LAX through Hertz. I rented in February for a August trip and the price never decreased; in fact, the price tripled between February and August, so I recommend making your reservation asap.

I did check Costco to see if the price difference was significant, but honestly it was the same price as without. i'll see if I can reserve something I can live with and then change reservations if price goes down. It's too bad we need a minivan but we have 7 going, so no choice really.

The thing with booking through Costco, is you get a free additional driver. If you have 2 potential drivers, that is a perk. (FWIW, I reshop car rentals a lot when booking trips, making an canceling no-penalty reservations as needed, and Costco was and still is the cheapest option for our trip in July. I'm sure it just depends on dates).
