Car Rental flying in from Southwest and out Jet Blue?

We have decided to rent a car from Alamo next week but we are flying down to MCO on Southwest and returning home on Jet Blue.

Will I be able to pick up a car from one terminal and return to another?

It doesn't matter what terminal you return the car to.

Yes, many people have done it for a long time. I almost always end up picking up a car from A side and returning to B.
