Car Rental Deals in Ontario

Hi everyone!

I am graduating from University and need to move all of my things from Guelph to Ottawa . I was going to share a cargo van with a friend, but that might not work out for us . We're looking into van rentals, and I thought what better place to find deals than on the Disboards & my fellow Canadian Disers!

So, does anyone know of some good rental deals in Ontario?

There don't seem to be any deals. We rent a cargo van for some trade shows that we go to...and I've yet to find any coupons, codes or what not that work well.

I usually rent from National and with the Emerald club, I get an ok rate but no free kilometres. If I don't use the Emerald Club code, I get a higher rate but free kilometres. Right now I've got a van reserved for July (Friday to Monday) and it'll work out to slightly less than $200 after I factor in the kilometres (less than 100 km)...using the Emerlad Club.

I've found that Discount was higher and they jacked their prices up at the beginning and end of the months.
