We are looking at flying into MCO on 4/1 and leaving 4/8. Last year we booked a car at national for cheap and it worked great--we took ME to the resort, then the disney car care center guy picked us up and we drove over to get the car. That way we could have a smaller car--we didn't need to put the luggage in it.
We just put this trip together and the best prices I am getting are $544 from National, and $489 at the Dolphin from Alamo.
So--I'm looking at other close agencies. I can get an intermediate car from Enterprise(located at Marriott World Center) for $379, or a Ford F150 (seats 5) at the Budget located at the Holiday Inn Universal.
Do these two places pick people up at Disney resorts? When we return the car, will they drop us back off at a park?
Are there closer locations for Enterprise and Budget? And what is the closest location for Hertz or Aivs?
Thanks.

I actually just found a decent (comparatively, for spring break) price at Enterprise. And Expedia and Travelocity are actually cheaper than my entertainment book--they add the costs of fees, and the expedia cost includes taxes and fees.
My plan is to check in, get picked up and get the car, use it from Thursday to Monday (to get to Ep, TL, AK, and DHS at rope drop at least once), and leave DHS Monday midday and return car, and have them drop us back at DHS.
The rest of the trip we will chill out and take the bus.

Hertz at SOG will pick you up and drop you off also.

There is a Dollar desk in the Regal Sun. We got the boat from OKW to DTD and walked the rest. Hope this helps.
