Car Issue Lawyer

Is anyone on here an attorney that I could run something by you? It has to do w/car issues and a dealership. Is there a specific type of lawyer for this? This isn't what I want to run by you by the way.

If your issue is related to a dealership, many states have lemon laws, but they differ from state-to-state. I realize that may not be the issue you need addressed. But again, the laws governing your question may vary from State-to-state.

Not a lawyer either but your post isn't clear on exactly what sort of question you have. If you have an issue with a repair done by your dealer, I would look in the owner's manual for the escalation process if you are having issues getting a problem resolved. Seeking out a lawyer would NOT be my first choice of recommended action.

Retired (recovering ) attorney here. With a few exceptions, these types of cases are a matter of individual state law. Many attorneys will give you a free initial consultation so you can decide whether you want to move forward and the attorney can decide if he/she want to take your case.

Look for an attorney in your area who's a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, an association that specializes in consumer law.
