Car Hire Help Please

Wahooo.... We've booked. Disneyland here we come.

However, we will be travelling down from San Francisco to Anaheim, please could anybody tell me what car rental companies operate from within walking distance to the Candy Cane Inn, or if it could be picked up from our hotel.

Will you need the rental car for other Anaheim area travels? If not, everything around DL is walking distance from the park (and your hotel). If it were me, I would just take a shuttle or cab from the airport. If you need it for other travel... someone else would have to answer, as all I could say is that I don't think you could pick it up from the hotel. Enterprise in Northern CA will deliver cars to you, but I'm not sure if they do it in other areas.

There are many rental car companies very close to Disneyland. Alamo and National are right next door to Candy Cane on Katella, and there are others around the Conference Center across from the Candy Cane, including Enterprise, Dollar, Hertz (at the Marriott). I'm sure there are others.
