Captain's Grille breakfast?

We need 1 more breakfast non-parks ... tell me about Captain's Grille. On DxDP.

very quiet atmosphere....its normally at 10% occupancy when we go...If even that.
Take about 75% cape mays food offerings and thats what the grille is for food selection. All the major foods are the same , scrambled eggs, friuts, bacon, sausage. Again its basicall the same thing you get from cape may's at half the price and without the characters. We discovered this last year and havent been back to cape mays since...

Sshhh! Don't tell everybody! We discovered this last trip and loved it. The food was very fresh and plentiful, the service was the best we had all trip and the atmosphere was a lot calmer than most Disney breakfasts. We can't wait to go back next trip!

We enjoyed breakfast there in March. The choices were plentiful and a very quiet, unhurried atmosphere.

I agree with the other posters. We walked in for lunch last trip and found a Disney "gem". There was only one other table occupied. That was lunch but what wonderful food and service. Quiet and lovely atmosphere.
I've booked for the breakfast this June trip, I'm just not sure I can get there from POR in time for my reservation-
probably can just walk up anyway. It makes me want to stay at this resort!

Shhh! We are staying at the Beach Club and on the days we are not going to the parks (going to hang out at SAB all day ), I have breakfast and lunch reservations there!!!

You have a choice between buffet breakfast and ordering off the menu (you may want the buffet on DxDDP because an appetizer and dessert aren't included with breakfast)

We loved it! DH says it was one of his favorites of our May 2010 trip. We all had the buffet (2 ad, 3 kids) and our server said they would make eggs to order in addition to the eggs on the buffet. There was also my favorite--eggs benedict! Great fruit--only strawberries we saw and we did at least one TS each day on a 10 day trip. We will certainly go back!

We were staying at the BC, but will likely stay YC next time after seeing the hotel. It was very peaceful! Have fun!
