I'm not normally one for mixed drinks beyond rum and coke or the Royal Caribbean lava flow. On one RCCL cruise I tried every drink of the day, and the lava flow was the only one I ordered again.
Until.....Disney Cruiseline's Captain Mai Tai. My first alcoholic drink on a Disney cruise now, even though one is strong enough to make me a tad sleepy. :O)
I've seen several threads where people have attended a mixology class where how to make the drink was covered and was curious if anyone remembers the recipe, including the quantity in ounces of each ingredient.
For our upcoming Disney cruise we're going with another couple and thought it might be fun to mix some up for our pre-planning dinner.
Thanks!
