Thanks so much to the CM at Boardwalk Inn front desk. I lost my husbands' no expire 10 day premium ticket at MK last November. We had only used one day and had only one day left of our vacation. She very generously took her time and tried to help us locate the ticket. Very patient, I was a wreck. She told us to bring the photo copy of the ticket next time we came home and Disney would issue a new ticket. She ultimately gave my husband a free pass to EPCOT to use the following day.

Dear CM I found the ticket!! The paper ticket was attached to the room key (I keep all my keys) and I was organizing my Disney stuff and found it. Am I an idiot or what.

Anyway dear CM you were the best!
