I currently have ressie at both and not sure witch one I should cancel. We will be going to the World for my DD's 5th birthday. We will also have a 1 yr old DS. I was thinking that Ohana would be more fun with the kids but I have been reading some bad reviews. :confused3 So I was hoping to here from people that have been there recently with kids.

'Ohana is my favorite restaurant! The food is wonderful. They also have activites for kids, so they aren't bored. I have a 9 yr old brother that doesn't eat a lot of "different" food, but he devoured everything at 'Ohana.

Cap'n Jacks was OK, but I am in hurry to go back.

Ohana's has great games for the kids! It can be kinda hectic at times as they all run around the restaurant but the kids love it!

I have never tried this before...but I will try to post some pics of our recent Ohana visit in May...it is one of our family's favorite meals....however, be sure to ask to set in the main dining room if you want in on the action...we forgot to do so this last trip and we were on the side with a wall seperating us from all of the fun...we simply walked around to join in but it was certainly more fun when we were in the main room....anyway...here goes my first attempt....

If you are looking for FUN and GOOD FOOD...I would choose Ohana.

PS Okay...some pics showed up and others are only showing the link....I will leave the ones that showed up and remove the links..they must have been too big...sorry the ones that worked are so small...I do not know how to change the size.

yuck. capt. jacks was NOT good IMO. the place was also very dirty and not very disney to me. def. go with ohana

We were very disappointed with Capn Jacks last year--food and atmosphere. We love Ohana's. Always something going on to keep the kid's attention.

To be honest I really enjoy Capt Jack's (and prefer the food there over 'Ohana), but I think your kids (well, at least the 5 year old) would ***definitely*** prefer 'Ohana, if they aren't TOO shy.
