They are for '07, I don't know about '08.

My mom and I ate at Cap'n Jack's tonight and we both ordered the "Twin Lobster Tails" for our entree...boy were they good! Gotta love free dining! FYI...my mom ordered the "Berried Treasure Smoothie" for her beverage (not dessert).
