Cape May or Ohana for CB?

Trying to do some different character meals and wondering which you think is better for breakfast Cape May or Ohana?

We have never done either of this and we are trying to decide. IT will be me, dh and my 3 year old son.

Cape May is a buffet and at O'Hana's breakfast is served "family style" where they bring plates to your table. Cape May has a few more offerings. Also, I think Mickey might be at O'Hana's but not at Cape May. It depends what you are looking for. I think they were both fun, but for different reasons.

We've never done breakfast at 'Ohanas but the Cape May Breakfast is a favourite in our family. The food selection is great & the character interaction is the best we've ever experienced at WDW. The characters came around continuously . It also doesn't seem as "rushed" as most of the other character meals. But as the above poster stated, it also depends on which characters your DS wants to see. I'm sure you'll enjoy either one .

We liked the idea of buffet and the beach theme! We also thought we could then walk around the Boardwalk afterwards.

We love Cape May's character breakfast. Goofy, Chip and Dale walk around and Minnie greets at the door. They are dressed in their most up to date beachwear.

The food is always good at this particular buffet. It's one of our favorites.

I was just reading a post that said they had a wonderful time at O'Hanas CB as well. We haven't tried it and would like to, but I'm not sure how the food is. I know the food at Cape May has always been good.

Actually it seems the same characters are at both however Mickey is at O'hanas and Minnie is at Cape May. He walks around to the tables, she doesn't. I would think a boy may prefer seeing Mickey, but I guess it depends on their mood. I know my dd switches back and forth as to who she would like to see that day
