Cape May on Last Day, Timing Issues

Can anyone tell me if we would be too ambitious to do a breakfast, say 8:30 am or 9ish on the day we leave if our bags are checked already and our ME bus is departing at 11:30 am? I know we'll need to be back to the POFQ by 11 am. We would take a taxi to and from the resort to save time. I just don't want to have to get up at the crack of dawn to do breakfast....our flight isn't even until 2:30pm!

That would make me a little nervous, but I always leave way too much time for everything .

We did a 9am breakfast on the morning before we left for our Disney cruise and we were done eating at 10:15am. Actually, we were done eating earlier than that but it takes that long for the characters to make their rounds.

I would think 3 hours, with taking a taxi from BC back to your resort, should leave you plenty of time.
