I know Cape May Cafe has the wonderful battered tilapia and the mushroom soup on Thursday nights, but do they have it available any other nights? (hopefully Saturday). DH loves the tilapia and DD and I really like the mushroom soup.
I know sometime in the past this "rotation" was posted here, but I can't find it now.
Thanks for your help

Wonderful and Tilapia are never used in the same sentence.

B.

How right you are! We took a backstage tour at Epcot last year and there was a big vat full of tilapia. DH took one look at it and said it looks just like the perch folks around here catch and throw back! Ever since that he refuses to eat tilapia!

Here is the Cape May rotation as reported recently by TeenaS on the Beach Club board:

Cape May has added some new items at their dinner buffet. All the oldies are still there but these new items have been added:

Carved Roasted Pork Loin in addition to the carved Top Beef Sirloin / Citrus Couscous Salad / Chicken Arugula Pasta Salad / Tomato Cucumber Mozzarella Salad / Quinoa Shrimp Salad with Hearts of Palm / Green Mussels with Spicy Seaweed Salad / Sautéed Beef Tips with a Gourmet Brandy Cream Sauce / Tortellini with Lobster Sauce / Seafood Pot Pie / Hand-Battered Fried Tilapia or Cod (Sundays and Fridays) / Fried Calamari (Tuesdays and Thursdays) / Fried Shrimp (Mondays Wednesdays and Saturdays) and Kids Fish Nuggets.

The Snow Crab Legs are still on the menu also!!!!

:goodvibesYou have to understand my DH. He likes a little bit of fish that is covered in batter and grease!!!! I honestly think he likes the batter & grease the best, and the fish is just something to hold it :rotfl:
DD and I do like the mushroom soup though.

natebenma: Thanks for the menu update. There are definately some new things that I will be checking out. We're going to be there on a Saturday evening, so it looks like DH will have to forgo his battered tilapia. I'm sure he'll survive on the clams and mussels that he also likes.

The crab legs are daily. They were added on a trial I believe so I am really hoping they are not discontinued.

When we were there in late September, the waitress told us that the crab legs were going to be added to the buffet starting on the Sunday after we were there (just my luck), and that they were going to be a permanent item.

The first group of items are every day (specifically interested in the tortelini in lobster sauce and mussel and seaweed salad), and the last three are rotated? I'm probably going to schedule our dinner on Monday, but it looks like there is nothing rotated for that day. Is this correct?
