Cape May Cafe Question

Hi all,

I booked an ADR for Cape May Cafe since we're staying there in June. I thought this was a Character Breakfast. Our schedule is at 9:40am.

When I pull up my reservation though, it says

• 09:40AM Breakfast(does not include Characters)

Does that mean this is not a character breakfast? If so, how do I ensure I get a character breakfast?

Yes, call! We've had many Character breakfasts there. I hope it won't be changed.

It should be a character breakfast. I just tried making an ADR for Cape May and it said it included characters. Not sure why yours would say that unless there is something going on that particular day. I would call them just to be on the safe side.

Maybe it's date dependent? I tried all our dates, 6/4 to 6/7 and all have "no character" message I'm going to call...

I hope it didn't change either...that is one of our favorite character breakfasts. My whole family would be very upset if they switched it to a non-character meal.

I called today and talked to a CM. She confirmed it was a character breakfast and doesn't know why the website says "does not include characters".

So, I am crossing my fingers and hoping this is true.

Maybe it's a generic message because dinner doesn't include characters? Good to hear it still is though- I like how it's more laid back than other character breakfasts

The only thing I can think of is to make sure that your ADR is indeed for AM and not PM. Breakfast has been a character breakfast for as long as I know of. Dinner does not include characters.
