Cape May Cafe Dinner Question

Has anyone gone there for dinner? How was it? We originally wanted a reservation for 50's Prime Time Cafe and it wasn't available the first two nights of our trip (I never realized how popular it was) but the great CM I had told me that they had a 5:45 Cape May Cafe for dinner that night. So I'm just curious what people think of it. I'm going to keep trying for Prime Time, but just wanted some opinions! Thanks!

We've done it twice. We really loved it the first time; the second time it was just okay (but we did go later and that might explain it). The ribs were great; lots to choose from; on the second trip the chicken was dried out, but it could have been an off night. We will go back at some point after we try some other places we've yet to try.

We ate there for dinner on May 3rd right at 5:30. This was our last dinner of our first ever trip to Disney and we were all super impressed. This was our favourite buffet of the week and our second favourite meal of the whole trip (O'hana was our favourite!). The ribs are to die for and they have so many other delicious options as well. I'm sooo hungry just thinking of it, when can I go back??!!

We've had breakfast and dinner at Cape May Cafe and enjoyed both; lots to choose from and for the most part the food was really good. We really liked the ribs at dinner.

We went to Cape May for dinner and really liked it. I got my fill of steamed clams and mussels that's for sure!

We love it and it is now a MUST for us

We were able to get a same day ADR here on 5/11/09. We cancelled a different place and got it that morning. We all enjoyed it. The place was clean, server good, food hot and fresh.

DH and I especially enjoyed the terriaki glazed salmon.

The kids (DD 8, DD 8, and DS 6 1/2) liked the pizza, Mickey mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes--and DESSERTS!

I think it was one of the kids favorite places all trip--except for maybe Beaches and Cream. (Which is in the same resort and cheaper, but doesn't take ADRs.)

Enjoy! Wish we could go back now!
