Tried for CRT no luck. We have done the AK
Donald's breakfast and were dissappointed. How
is CM breakfast? I still have time to try for CRT
9-27 --- 10-2 I am also still trying for a few other
res. This 90 day thing is still giving me a big
headache. I hope I can catch some pixie dust and
have better luck. :)

We went to Cape May last September on our "non park" day. We spent the morning on the beach and playing in the sand and riding the boats.

Breakfast was nothing too special...similar to the fare at Chef Mickey's. We had a bit of a wait with our ADR and were seated towards the front. The resturant didn't seem too crowded. Minnie was the first to greet us, and my son was getting his breakfast...she never made it back over...

Goofey, Chip, Dale, and Minnie were there dressed in adorable beach wear. Very cute.

Over all it was oaky...I have been to Tusker House as well, and enjoyed the food there better...

I am not sure if this will help at all...Have a fun trip..

I will be there at the same time this year too!!!

We liked Cape May breakfast (good selection and great character interaction). But we do like Tusker House Breakfast buffet better (I think it had better selection of food, great juice and coffee).

We do Cape May every trip, mainly because we always stay at the YC or BC so it's super convenient... but also because we do like it there :) We always make an ADR for 7:30 (right when they open) so we're seated right away, the food is hot and fresh, and we get extra time with the characters because it's not very crowded at that time yet :thumbsup2 The bonus is we're done by 8:30, so we can get to DHS or Epcot (closest parks to BC) for the 9am opening :)

Cape May is probably the calmest character breakfast @ WDW and has a very relaxed atmosphere. Cape May has great character interaction - just be aware that Chip & Dale are no longer there - now there is just 3 characters: Minnie, Donald & Goofy. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, but is more limited than some of the other WDW breakfast buffets.

We love Cape May, if you click on my Oct link there are a ton of pics of the food at the buffet

I agree 100%. We loved Cape May for breakfast so much our last trip that we decided that that is going to be a must do every time we go. Minnie, Donald, and Goofy were all very good with their interactions. Goofy played with both my girls AND my DH, Donald and I had great interaction with each other + with the girls, and Minnie did a super job with my youngest DD because she found out that my DD LOVES her, plus my DD was decked out in everything Minnie.

It's our must-do, too! The restaurant is so nice and calm and the buffet is centrally located and easy to go around or skip to the section you want.
