Cape May breakfast vs Trattoria Al Forno

Thoughts in choosing between these two breakfast options? Adults and teens and this will be prior to our Epcot park day later this month. Thanks!

I think Cape May is "all you care to enjoy" so that might make the most sense with hungry teens, if the menu appeals. You didn't mention it, but I think Ale & Compass (Yacht Club) offers the best food quality - and hopefully they bring back the buffet add-on that featured pastries, charcuterie, fruit, yogurt, granola, Parker House rolls etc. This assumes that character dining isn't back/isn't a factor in your decision. That said, had breakfast at Trattoria al Forno a few months back and it was solid with very good service.
