Cape May Breakfast - Breakfast?

So, I saw a thread about expensive crab legs and I was wondering whether anyone has thoughts whether the breakfast is overpriced and not a great experience? I have never eaten there before but my DW and I decided to book a breakfast ADR the day we leave WDW. Just curious whether people think the food in the morning is good.

For all you can eat it's about the same as Whispering Canyon and Chef Mickeys pre characters returning.

We have a reservation next week, without characters i don't know if it will be worth it to you or not. Hopefully they will integrate characters i to cape may as they have at chef mickey soon after opening....that's my hope! We really love breakfast, so for us it's worth it......if you aren't breakfast people, I'd wait u til they bring back characters

The last time I ate at Cape May (August 2019) WITH characters, the food was terrible. I would not make a special trip to Cape May for breakfast. If you would like a good TS in that area, I would consider Ale & Compass instead.

We are so excited to try it soon! It's the same price/format as the Chef Mickey post-Covid, pre-character breakfast and it was fantastic. Pre-Covid, Chef Mickey's was gross and post-Covid it was delicious so I have the same hope for Cape May.

We've done dinner and breakfast at least once each, and actually have both booked again for our upcoming trip. Breakfast is about the same as anywhere else, but I love the Beach Club, so we rotate between Chef Mickey's, Ohana, and Cape May. Oh, and also Whispering Canyon.

May end up canceling it only because we may do something else that morning.

All breakfast are over priced as eggs, some carb, a potato and bacon. cost about $3.00. LOL
