Capacity of 1 BR AKV?

I read somewhere that AKV holds 5 people because of a fold-out chair. I was wanting a one night stay at AKV and was curious about a 1BR with my crew?
My kids will be 11,9,5,& 3. Would the 3 year old count? I don't want to cram us in if it's not allowed or what-not...We got a 2BR at OKW this last trip. We are interested in booking 1 night somewhere for our arrival night next June.

Yes, your 3 yr old would count towards occupancy. You'd need a two bedroom.
