Can't wait to hear about California and Las Vegas Podcast Crew

Since we are planning a trip out west to the "holy land" of Disneyland next year. I am anxious to hear how the trip went. Any hints????????

heck yeah, count me in on hearing how the New Media Expo went... and Kevin... try not to be as reserved as you usually are and tell us what you really thought of the Expo.

Unfortunately, we did not make it to California, as we all decided it was best to head home due to Tropical Storm Fay.

Fanily, pets and a threat of property damage took precedence.

Some last minute scrambling got us home this past weekend.

We were supposed to return home last evening and Orlando International closed to almost every flight earlier in the day.

While TS Fay has turned out to be mostly rain and gusty wind for central Florida, we all feel that we made the right decision.

The folks along the east coast of Florida have not had such an easy time of it.

Some places are reporting more than a years worth of rain in a 36 hour period. There have been reports of 24 inches of rain in that time frame.

We hope that those that are still dealing with this storm and those who will will have to deal with it, stay safe and sound.

Sorry you had to cut your trip short. Glad you all made it home safely. All those in Florida are in our prayers.

My Dad has a winter home in Daytona Beach (He lives in MA). I don't know how his property withstood the storm. I'm sure he'll soon find out.

Once again, glad your all home safely. Can't wait to hear the Podcast on Las Vegas. I hope another Disneyland trip can be planned in the future. Maybe, during Christmas-time????? That is when we plan to go next year. We want to see The Haunted Mansion and IASW decorated for the holidays. Just an idea.
