Can't use Best Buy credit card ONLINE??????

Ok I'm up and have everything in cart for Best Best and go to Check out and it "says you can only use your card in store only for right now" WHAT????? Anyone else getting this message. It says use another method of payment..I don't want to use another method...I want to use my Best Buy card at Best Buy (get rewards) I am sooooo mad I never go to BB on BF I have always ordered online.

I would call the card and see what's going on . That doesn't sound right to me

i got that message...Did you have a circuit city card that was converted to best buy with the close out of circuit city? If so that card can only be used in store but if you still have your other best buy card directly through best buy then that one will work. Good luck

Yes it was a circuit city card before. Why does that matter? It is now a best buy card, best buy sent it to me, I make payments to best buy It doesn't do me any good if I can't use it online because the BB is 40 mins from me and it helps if I can just order online. I do not have a BB card except this one. This really makes me mad
