Take a deep breath! Friday will be here soon enough! I know it's hard!!! :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

Have fun and enjoy every minute with your DS...it is a great age. My Ds was also 3 when he went for the first time. I had tears in my eyes when as soon as we walked onto main street and he saw the castle. Then again when he saw the characters for the first time. There is nothing like seeing the Magic Kingdom again through the eyes of a child.

Tell Mickey we said Hi!

when i think about him walking through to Main Street iget emotional!! i know he is gonna be AMAZED!! He knows we are going, but he doesn't understand how great it is gonna be! :earboy2:
Not to start another stroller thread, but i just have to ask you Koribelle, did you have a stroller for your 3 yr old? rent one? How was he with everything??

Well, this was 3 years ago when DS was our only child. We was 3 (almost 4) at the time. We rented a stroller every day while there. I remember that most of the time he did not even want to sit in the stroller (until later at night when he got tired) he wanted to run around. We had to hold his hand - I was so afraid of him getting lost.
This last time time around (last May) we brought our DD along also, she was 10 months at the time and my son was 5. We brought her stroller with us and when she wanted to get out we let our son sit in it. The stoller is a combi city savvy. It is lightweight and very easy to handle in crowds. The thing I liked was also being able to recognize it as opposed to the Disney strollers which are very hard to tell one from another and we took a lot of time searching for ours when it was moved.

Both of the kids were fine with everything else. I remember that my son did not really nap at that age but we took him into the Hall of Presidents and he did fall asleep (much needed!) He was and still is a little dare devil and went on all of the rides that he could for his height including TOT, Splash Mtn and Big Thunder RR . Of course every child is different. We made sure that we explained the ride to him before he got on anything so he would know what to expect. He would then decide if he still wanted to go on it.
He also got a huge kick out of meeting all of the characters. We bought him an autograph book which he still treasures!

Hope I helped you out. Let me know if you have any other questions!

I can't wait to go!!!!!! :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:
