Can't pull up month of Dec!!

I am doing a dry run for tomorrow(180 day mark), and when it ask for my hotel confirmation, the month of Dec is not highlighted and can't choose my date for check in. I know it won't let me do a reservation, but it won't highlight any of Dec. I have restarted my computer, cleared cookies, and nothing is working. Any ideas? thanks. I have tried on old and new site.

Is your resort reservation linked to your online account/My Disney Experience? Is it there when you click on My Reservations? If not, you may have to link it.

I had the same problem when I was trying to book my ADRs yesterday. I needed to make 7 ADRs and had to log in and re-log in 13 times before I got it all done. I'd do one and the next time I looked up a date, no December. I'd have to log in again, search for the restaurant again, then find the date. I was beyond frustrated by the time it was all done. Luckily, I got everything I was hoping for. I'd hate to have to use that horrible piece of technology at a busier time when every second counts on getting your ADRs. Tragically bad.

I made all of my December reservations yesterday (we check in on 11/30). At the advice of my TA, I called in to make my reservations promptly at 7:00am EST. I got everything I wanted, including CRT and BOG, with minimal need for flexibility on times. Later yesterday (out of curiosity) I tried searching for reservations on the MyDisney Experience app on my iPAD and was unable to pull up December. However, when I logged in on my laptop, I was able to search December with no issues whatsoever.

I had the same trouble yesterday, but then I tried using Google Chrome instead of FireFox or IE and it worked perfectly. I feel like the mishap made me miss out on my preferred BOG reservation time, but it also forced us to add an extra day to our trip just for that reservation. Oh shucks.

we had to add an extra day to our reservation just to get BOG too! we check in nov 30 and i was having a difficult time making reservations as well. every time i booked a reservation, my disney experience kicked me out - i had to continue logging in after each booking to continue otherwise that first week of december would be blocked out. hope this helps!
