Can't make reservation for more than 6 for Citywalk resturants???

I called to make a reservation for April 7th at Pat O'Briens and I have a party of 7 to 9 people and they said they wouldn't take my reservation. I have definitely traveled with my big family in the past and got reservations there. is this something new? I tried to maek it for 6 people then and she said if I should up with more than 6 people that my reservation would be canceled and I would have to wait in line. Is there a group reservations number to call like they have in Disney, I was so upset I didn't ask the person I was speaking too about this.

Most of the Citywalk restaurants do not take reservations at all for after 5:00 PM in the evening. Try calling 407-224-FOOD.

The 7'th is a Tuesday,I wouldnt sweat getting in.Just go to the CW ressie booth at the entrance the day your there!!

Pat O's is a pretty small restaurant and may have trouble seating large parties. If you are flexible with restaurants, try a larger one like Hard Rock. I have seen parties of 12 or more with reservations there.

Finally, you could always call Guest Services and tell them you are upset about it, I am sure they could twist some arms and make it happen (Pat O's is owned by Universal and is not a 3rd party like many of the CW restaurants, giving GS more leverage with them). That number is 407-224-4233 option 9.

I was able to get a priority seating time for a party of 12 at Margaritaville recently.
