Our 180+10 window opened last Friday. I tried to make ADRs via MDX website but got message that the system was unable to search at that time. Called and was told the system was down for changes and to try back later. Eventually that day I was able to make ADRs for 4 days via website then started getting the same message. I was out of town over the weekend, kept trying via app and could get as far as being offered times but when I click on a time I get message that system is unable to load information. I've reinstalled MDX more than once and rebooted phone more than once but no change. This AM tried via website but again get message that it can't search (I'm not even offered times). I've switched browsers, deleted cookies and rebooted the PC but still same problem.
Any suggestions for fixing MDX on PC and app? I'm going to call and complete ADRs by phone this AM but sure would like to have online function back!
