Can't log into MDE???? It's saying my password and email don't match...

It's probably down for maintencd - just like these boards go down at 4 am.
 
I'm just sad because our magic bands are supposed to ship today ( or soon) and I wanted to check on it. My anticipation cannot put up with site updates!!
 
Same here. I guess it's not just me then. I actually emailed them because not a day goes by where I don't have some sort of issue with their site. LOL
It's really frustrating. In fact once my upcoming vacation is over, not having to deal with their site will be a welcome relief. I understand that it gets a lot of traffic, but hardly an excuse in this day of mega sites with millions pounding on them at the same time.
If they are down for maintenance then that's what it should say. When I get an error for name or password I immediately think I screwed up (because like everyone I have 57 accounts to manage), or worse yet, I think I got hacked somehow. Then finally it's the site itself that's screwed up.
Ok I am done venting LOL
 
I was just thinking to myself: THERE'S NO WAY I can get the BOG and CRT and Ohana reservations back if we lose them!

But I'm glad it's just a site thing. Sooo frustrating.
 
Ok. Feeling better now. Thought it was just me & was freaking out. Luckily it's not my 180 day for ressies yet. What about those whose day is today? They are losing out at the 6 am window

I just managed to log into my MDE app! Let me just... screencap all of these reservation #s...
 
I was worried my account had been hacked or something happened to it. I feel better now. Shew!
 
I can't log in to the website or MDE. I check every day to make sure my ADRs and FP+ are still there. Once (the day after a resort change) our tickets were gone!!
 
Today is my 180 day and I cant login. I also cant look at my itinerary to see what days I need what reservations on. I am going to have to call at 7 and hopefully remember what days I wanted each reservation for!

The good news is nobody else can either.
 
Same boat. We are 180 days out and I was hoping to get BOG and CRT. We'll see what happens on the phone in a few. Good luck :(
 
Got through on the phone and the cast member was LOVELY-- we got exactly everything we hoped for. Faith restored :) Hope others made out well, too.
 
I got through on the phone as well and got everything I wanted! I had to switch some days around for BOG, but that was expected. Hope everyone else has the same luck!
