Can't Log in! Whats up?

I haven't played VMK in months and need to log in to check something on my DD's account (trying to see if she has a magic pin that a friend wants), and it sits and sits and won't log in. Is this a common problem now?

when's the last time your DD logged in??? because my sister hadn't played vmk for months, and when i tried to log into her account to transfer it into a mule of my own (i set up her account and she had quit playing), i discovered it wouldn't let me in, although i know i had the correct password.

I'm having problems logging in today, its taking up to 1/2 an hour to load and log in for me.
