Can't log in to membership site

The page opens with my name at the top but when I try to look at anything it asks for a membership number and activation code.
I don't have any code.
Why can't I get in with my user name and password?

I will need to make a reservation soon while I am away from home and will be relying on signing in to do it.
Am I missing something? Or am I going to have to find time to call?

Thank you. I figured I would have to call.
The odd thing is I can access on my desktop.....not laptop.....but that doesn't help me on a trip when I need to make a reservation.
So I assume it is something with my laptop? There is nothing different about it.

That is odd.

Have you tried a different browser on the laptop?
Have you tried clearing the browsers cache and cookies on the laptop?

I cleared the cache and cookies....and that worked!!
Thank you. Now at least I know I can do that while away and get that reservation booked.
