So we have two reservations, one is just a room only for 4/30 and then we have a 7 day room & tix reservation starting 5/1 ...

I'm wondering if they will upgrade our whole stay...

It seems like usually they upgrade the shorter stays first. Especially if their booking issue doesn't involve ALL of your nights. We stayed at POP one year while they were upgrading people there to deluxe. The best I could do was be happy for those who got moved.
That is some great pixie dust to get even the one night!

That's what I figured - they would work it day by day. I'm still hoping for the rest of the trip to be upgraded but I'll be happy as a clam at Coronado as well.
We did let them know we were celebrating my 1 year of being cancer-free, so maybe that's why we got the pixie dust. 6 more days and the TTA is reopening this weekend!

I'm sorry, that is so frustrating... it's also sort of hard not to laugh at the lack of thought behind luggage tags being available for pickup at the hotel. Uh, that's almost helpful. I want to know how a person took themselves seriously as they typed out that template message in the first place.

My understanding is they stopped sending luggage tags with all reservations. However you can stop at the desk and pick them up.

Planning on picking up a couple next week!

Hello- we will be there May 24-31 at Coronado Springs.!This will be our 10th family trip, but we haven't been there in 6 years. My daughters are 24 and 20 and have been living at home the last year bc all their college classes have been online. My oldest daughter is graduating with a master's degree this week and we did not get to go to wdw for younger daughters hs graduation. We really need this trip. We have really isolated ourselves this year bc DH has diabetes and has been teaching online from home. We are all fully vaccinated and ready to go!

I like Weather Underground, I just plug in Orlando as the location. Forecasts really aren’t accurate until 10 days out for the most part. They also have a historical feature to see how weather trends for different months.

I usually start checking the forecast at about 2 weeks out, but don’t really start taking it seriously until a few days before.

No park passes available for ticket holders or resort guests for most of May now. I’d been holding two HS days but really wanted Epcot for one just hadn’t made up my mind which one. I thought Epcot was a “safe” bet to be available. I’ll keep watching and upgrade to a hopper if need be. Hoping to be on it if they release AP availability to resort guests.

We are just under a month away, so I am heading back into vacation mode. Over the weekend I ordered a few cute T-shirts to wear in the parks. I also realized that I may not have enough shorts for the trip. I need to go through my closet and see what still fits. There may be a shopping trip in my near future.
I also ordered some disposable masks. I splurged a little and bought some that claim to not have that awful chemical smell.
Now I just need to work on getting into a little better shape before walking in the parks all day for a week.
