Can't get on the UserCp

I have a pm but can not get to it. Any one got any ideas on how to break into the User Cp area. This is very annoying. I have become so addicted to Disboards that the times when there are problems I get nutsy and want to get on.

Anyone else having issues with getting to User Cp?

I have had an e-mail that I haven't been able to answer for 2 days and it was driving me crazy that someone needed my help and I couldn't answer their question!!! I'm still having problems logging on with my cable modem though, any idea when things will be back to normal?
