can't get into site with my member ID?

I did something and my password for all of the disney sites is messed up. It tells you to reset or get in with a temporary code...but for the life of me I can't reset it anywhere, it just lets me in "temporarily".
So on the DVC site it wants me to verify I'm a member. No chat (I get it, it's busy). It wants my member ID and activation code. The code is already there with asterisks.
I have tried several usernames. AND I tried putting in my member #. No dice.
I have forgotten how many points I have for our big whole family 2021 trip. I am considering switching it to Vero or just renting them all out and going to an all inclusive in the Keys.
Should I just wait a week to call? I don't know what they want.
And by the way, is there still a 50% for borrowing now? That also impacts my plans. We bought 50 extra points per year last November to handle this trip and now I feel like I've pissed that money away.

Try your MDE account or disney store account. Maybe easier to fix the password. Also if you have Disney Plus, they all use the same PW. Make sure you are not logged in anywhere. Good luck.
