Can't get an ADR for Rainforest Cafe

Hi there, have just started booking my ADRs for my upcoming Sept trip. Staying offsite so having to book all individually.

Have got my 1st 2 ADRs booked fine, but tried to book for Rainforest online for dinner and says l have to call due to size of party. (Party of 9)

My query is though if l don't manage to get an ADR, do you think we stand any chance of being able to just walk up and get a table? Was hoping to get a table at the AK site, but would be happy to go to DTD.

As lm in the UK just trying to avoid the cost of a phone call to the US, but will obviously call if l have to

Unfortunately if you want the reservation you'll have to make that phone call. I dont know about getting walk-in seating for 9.

Hi there, I just booked our res there for August, party of 18, I had to call them direct also. As for a walk up, our family did indeed walk up last August about 4 pm, think we waited about 30 minutes, but seeing how there were 16 of us that wasn't to bad.. Kids played outside by the spry fountain, and looked around the gift shop ! The easy part for res is they use your last name, so no numbers to remember !!! Enjoy !! walk up and our res was at the AK park location

Well my DH has since told me he will be really disappopinted if we don't get to the Rainforest Cafe, so l've had to make the call.

Got through the automated bit on the reservation line, to then get put through to someone who then gave the number to call the restaurant directly. Unfortunately l've not managed to get through yet but will have to keep trying.

If l can't get an answer we'll have to just try a walk up and hope for the best. I'll have my fingers crossed!

Why don't you try to get 2 ADRs for the same time for a party of 5 and 4? It'll save you a call. Just remember to put them under separate names, phone and email so they don't accidentally get cancelled for double booking.

I hadn't actually thought of that but that's definitely an option. Atleast that way l'll have a happy husband!
