Can't get ADR for Chef Mickey's

Does that mean it's fully booked and they won't take any walk-ups, no matter what the wait?

Couldn't get ADR for next Sunday, will go to MK, just wondering if we should try on the way back to the resort.

I would definitely try to walk up. A couple of years ago we had ADR's at Chef Mickey's, but then we had to delay our trip a couple days. We tried to make new ADR's but all they had was something around 10PM. So we walked up when it opened and we were seated pretty quickly. I believe they open at 5PM.

I also have been able to get a walk up as soon as it opened. They did not have an openings when I tried to call so we took a chance and walked up and they were able to seat us and my kids got to open the reasturant!! Talk about pixie dust.

You did not mention whether you wanted lunch or dinner?

This is what happened to us back at the end of April: kept calling for ADR for either breakfast or dinner, finally got an ADR for breakfast at 8am on Tues of our trip. Well Sun, we go to have breakfast at the Concourse Steakhouse around 7:15. We were staying at the CR. So DH says stay here, I am going to check something, he runs over to Chef Mickey, with another dad who decided to do the same thing and both families got in. LUCKILY I had the camera and autograph books with me bc we had not planned to do this. So later that week we cancelled our CM ADR so I hope some other family got to use it instead.

We did get in two other places on our trip w/o ADRs SciFi lunch, and Concourse for dinner both of which we could not get beforehand.

We would like dinner, and so, I think we will leave MK and get to Chef Mickeys before it opens. Thank you...it's worth a try.
